Pelling Marketing Tools – Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms apply to Pelling Marketing Tools, a private internal service operated by Pelling Marketing by Design UK Ltd (“Pelling”). The service supports Pelling’s own advertising planning, paused staging, monitoring and internal review.

Pelling Marketing Tools is not a public or client-facing service. It is not sold, licensed or made available for use by Pelling’s clients or other third parties.

Who may use the service

Only personnel expressly authorised by Pelling may access or use Pelling Marketing Tools. There is no public registration. Authorisation may be withdrawn at any time when access is no longer required or where Pelling considers continued access inappropriate or unsafe.

Permitted use

Authorised users may use the service only for legitimate Pelling business purposes and only in connection with Google Ads accounts owned and controlled by Pelling. The service must not be used to access, monitor or manage client or third-party advertising accounts.

Google Ads approval and publication boundary

The service may perform read-only research, evidence collection, monitoring and account-safety checks. After an explicit current administrator approval, it may stage approved Google Ads resources in a paused state.

The service does not enable advertisements, start advertising spend, publish campaigns or promote drafts. A suitably authorised person must review the paused resources and decide whether and when to publish or enable them directly in Google Ads.

Acceptable use

Users must not:

    • attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, approval checks, safety controls or audit records;

    • use the service with an unexpected or unauthorised Google Ads account;

    • enter, upload or expose OAuth client secrets, developer tokens, refresh tokens or other credentials in campaign records, screenshots, public pages or routine messages;

    • use the service to enable campaigns, start spending or perform any action outside the approved application boundary;

    • use information obtained through the service for an unrelated purpose or disclose it to an unauthorised person.

Account security

Users are responsible for protecting their account, authentication factors and authorised sessions. Suspected unauthorised access, credential exposure or unexpected Google Ads account binding must be reported immediately and work must stop until the issue is investigated.

Data and privacy

Use of Google Ads data and other information within the service is described in Pelling’s Privacy Policy. Users must handle information in accordance with that policy, Pelling’s internal requirements and applicable Google policies.

Availability and changes

Pelling may maintain, change, suspend or withdraw the service or particular functions where needed for security, compliance, maintenance or business reasons. Features may be unavailable while checks fail, evidence is stale, credentials require renewal or a safety control blocks further work.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Pelling owns or is authorised to use the service, its internal workflows, documentation and Pelling-created materials. Access to the service does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reuse those materials outside authorised Pelling work.

Responsibility and review

Pelling Marketing Tools supports human decision-making and does not replace professional review. Research, recommendations, staged resources and automated checks must be reviewed by an authorised person before any separate action is taken in Google Ads.

Changes to these terms

Pelling may update these terms when the service, its controls or applicable requirements change. The published page will show the date of the latest material update.
